Put Tidings tasks on your calendar

Subscribe your calendar app to your live Tidings feed, or export a one-time snapshot — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app.

Desktop: Sidebar → Calendar
Mobile: Bottom tab → Calendar

Live feed (recommended). A private link your calendar app checks on its own schedule — new, completed, and rescheduled tasks show up without you doing anything.

  1. Click Connect Calendar, then Enable live feed, and copy the link.
  2. In Google Calendar: Settings → Add calendar → From URL, paste the link. Google refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule — new tasks can take up to a day to appear.
  3. In Apple Calendar: File → New Calendar Subscription, paste the link, and pick a refresh interval. In Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
Good to know: The link is private to you — anyone who has it can see your task names and dates. Reset or turn it off any time in Settings → Preferences; the old link stops working immediately.

One-time import. Prefer a snapshot? Download .ics file in the same menu and import it (Google Calendar: Settings → Import & Export → Import; Apple Calendar and Outlook open .ics files directly). Snapshots don't update — re-export after big changes. For a single task, open it and use Add to Google Calendar.

Still stuck? Open Tidings and use the Report a problem button in the corner of any page — it comes straight to us.
