Change your home's name, type, or address

Home name and home type are yours to edit whenever you like: change either and click Save Home.

The home type (House, Townhome, or Condo) sets how your home is drawn on the Home page, and nothing else. Picking a different one keeps every room, appliance, and task exactly as it was, so a wrong choice from onboarding takes seconds to fix.

What your home has is a short checklist of exterior features (outdoor spigots, storm shutters, basement, attic). Uncheck anything your home doesn't have and click Save Home: the seasonal tasks that need it come off your plan, and re-checking the box puts them back. Completed work stays in your history either way.

Your address works differently: your seasonal maintenance schedule is built from it, so it locks once setup is complete. Click Request an address change on the same page and tell us the correct address. You keep your current address until we approve the change; once approved, your schedule picks up the seasonal tasks for the new region.
