Your agent covered your first year of Tidings Pro. Here's how to claim it and what happens after.

A real-estate agent gifted you a full year of Tidings Pro — the complete plan, nothing cut down. Claiming it takes about a minute.

Open your agent's personal link — or scan the QR code on the back if you received a gift card.
Click Claim your gift and create your account.
Answer a few questions about your home — your address, rooms, and any appliances you want covered.
If you came from a gift card, your address may already be filled in for you.
That's it. Tidings builds your personalized maintenance plan and your gifted year begins.

You'll see the gift reflected in the app — your dashboard shows "Your Tidings Pro is a gift from …" with your agent's name, and your billing page notes that the first year is gifted. Day to day, it's simply Tidings Pro.

Good to know: Your gifted year needs no credit card, and nothing is ever charged automatically. As the year winds down, Tidings shows your options right on the dashboard and billing page — a one-time discounted continuation you can accept with one click, and sometimes your agent covers the next year too, in which case your plan simply renews at $0.
